Terms of Service

I kindly ask students to pay for lessons in advance. I do not operate any kind of cancellation policy, so if you miss a lesson for any reason, you don’t pay for it. You just need to reschedule the missed lesson to another day or time using the Booking Calendar.

It would be nice if you could let me know 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend a booked lesson, but of course I understand that this won’t always be possible.

My Lessons and Packages never expire, so feel free to take a break whenever you want. When you are ready to return to your studies, any unused lessons you have previously purchased will always be available to use.

I recommend using the Booking Calendar to purchase any lessons or packages since this will show you when I’m available in your local time.

If you purchase a package of 5 lessons through the Booking Calendar you will be able to choose the date and time for the first lesson in your package before going through to the ‘checkout’.

You can reschedule a missed lesson, or book another lesson from a package you have already purchased, by selecting the option: ‘I’ve already paid for my lesson’.

During the booking process, you may optionally provide your WhatsApp phone number if you like. I find WhatsApp useful for students to communicate with me directly, for example you can let me know if you can’t attend a lesson, or we can reschedule a missed lesson.

I will not share your phone number or any personal data with anyone. You can read more about this in my GDPR (UK) compliant Privacy Policy.

If you Create an Account on my site, it makes the payment step faster and you will also be able to view your purchases, manage your billing address, and edit your password and account details.

I have no access to your credit card or debit card details. These are securely encrypted and sent to Stripe, Google Pay or Apple Pay for processing.

Active students:
At the end of each month I will send you an email or WhatsApp message, detailing the dates of your lessons taken for that month, and the number of lessons remaining in your account.

Inactive students with unused lessons:
I will send you an email once a year, usually around Christmas time, to let you know that you still have some unused lessons in your account.
